level provides basics on the 4 Olympic events (Vault, Bars,
Beam and Floor) with the focus on flexibility, fitness, and
strength.

These girls are on the move.
They are developing skills on all of the apparatus, they
enjoy following direction and they can refine movement
patterns. They understand and appreciate risk. They love
trying new challenges and can handle failure as
steppingstones to success.

At this level it is important to individualize the
instruction to allow each person to reach their own
potential.
Competitive routines and combinations are taught. This class
prepares the student to join the team.
This level continues to work technique, fitness, flexibility
and strength at a higher level.
