TRAMPOLINE
Our four
in-ground competitive trampolines are 7X14 foot rectangles that can
catapult an athlete as high as 30 feet above the ground. During
competition, the athlete performs two competitive routines with ten
skills each. High-level competitors can achieve double, triple, and
twisting somersaults.
DOUBLE-MINI TRAMPOLINE
The double-mini is a two-level trampoline. This event can be
compared to springboard diving using a mat instead of water. The
athlete runs and jumps onto the trampoline, performs a skill while
landing back onto the trampoline, then springs from the trampoline
executing one more skill onto the landing mat. Competitors will do
two passes during competition and can get as high as 20 feet in the
air.
Cheerleading is the fastest growing sport for girls and boys today! Cheerleaders will learn arm motion technique, proper posture, jumps and kicks, tumbling, stunting, side line cheers, dances and more. All of this in a class or call us to schedule floor time for your team.
The superior quality of our facility and equipment,
combined with the commitment of your school team coaches,
ensures that the students improve their skills and
have fun in the process.
